BronkhorstW-101ACEM适用精准的蒸气流运输，压力在真空泵到100bar中间，可混和较大总流量2g/h液态和较大总流量4ln/min载气。
温度控制混和设备与μ-FLOW液体流量计和载气MFC组成应用，一同组成操纵挥发和混和（CEM）系统软件。
